TEK Military Seating Ltd is delighted to announce it is once again sponsoring Somerset Armed Forces Day 2023, to be held on Saturday 1st July in the county town of Taunton, as one of the principal sponsors. Well known businesswoman Deborah Meaden (left) of Dragons Den fame, has agreed to continue to be the Somerset AFD23 champion.
The event is the biggest of its type ever held in Somerset, with over 200 traders and displays from across the region taking part. There will be some fantastic performances including the Military Wives Choir, marching bands, historic re-enactments, flypasts by the Red Arrows and Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, plus many more. This free-to-attend community event is open to all and designed to allow the wider public to celebrate the contribution that our armed forces have made - and continue to make - to our communities and our country.
TEK Military has a long association with the military, is a signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant, has several members of staff who are ex-military and continues to recruit veterans wherever and whenever possible.
