TEK Military Seating has been appointed as designer, manufacturer and supplier of the M777 Howitzer commander seats for the BAE Systems contract with the Indian MOD, which starts in 2019.
The M777 is in service with ground forces in the USA, Australia, Canada, India and saw combat in Afghanistan. TEK Military Seating was selected after an in-depth audit of its technical ability, design innovation and capability as part of the UK supply chain.
